Caroline is a Forensic Accountant and Business Interruption Expert specialising in training, special projects and claims preparation.

Caroline has worked in the risk and insurance industry for almost 30 years, she is well known as a leading business interruption expert. She has worked for over 20 years in claims, working on behalf of both Insurers and Insureds. She was EMEA property practice leader and Global head of the Business Interruption centre of excellence for Marsh setting up and executing internal and external global training. Caroline has developed and presented training in relation to forensic accounting, business interruption (damage and non-damage), pre and post loss claims, natural catastrophe and supply chain related topics at conferences and for a variety of organisations, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the United Nations, RIMS, FERMA, BELRIM, PARIMA and AIRMIC. She hosted the Meaden & Moore video interview series and regularly participates in panel discussions at conferences.

She has worked within most industries including financial services, space, communications, media, hospitality, construction, energy, power and transportation. She has worked on claims and special projects across the world in Europe, North America, Middle East and AsiaPac. She is based in the UK and previously worked out of Sydney
