David has over 3 decades experience in general insurance and financial services, having worked for 4 major UK businesses in the sector. The majority of his time was spent ‘at the coal face’ in the market, in roles focused on trading, sales, business development and account & relationship management.
Throughout his career, David has also both sponsored and personally led a number of development programmes for the businesses he has worked on, including a largescale Trading Skills programme. He is a trained Executive Coach (British School of Coaching) and an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach & Mentor.
Since moving into consultancy in 2022, David has worked with a number of clients including the shaping and delivery of a multi-faceted sales and account management programme for Bupa in the UK and a number of workshops globally, focused on managing profitable growth from broker portfolios.
