We will work with you to agree the most appropriate way to conduct this TNA that reflects the maturity of your business; the business complexity; the level of detail required from the analysis; the resource available to conduct the analysis, etc. The output will be an agreed chart of capability gaps and prioritised areas for development aligned to your business strategy.
